近日，我公司收到供应商--美国GEO业务部门通知，其DMPA相关业务被Perstorp（柏斯托）收购，其中不包括我公司代理的DMPA Polyol 等相关衍生产品。
此前GEO和Perstorp是中国以外DMPA（二羟甲基丙酸）产品两家主要生产商，此举有可能带来国外DMPA市场供应格局的变化。国内DMPA生产工厂目前主要有三家 。
DMPA（二羟甲丙酸）和DMBA(二羟甲基丁酸）作为羧酸型亲水性扩链剂， 以其独特的分子结构,优异的产品性能，在水性聚氨酯的生产中得到了广泛应用，其中DMBA产品因市场容量较小，国外暂无工厂生产，市场上销售的产品主要由中国工厂生产。
